The district returning officer for Pader district Joseph Omona this morning at 9:30 am declared MP Odonga Otto fully nominated on the FDC ticket for the seat of Aruu South constituency.
He, however, cautioned the nominated candidates against early campaign because the official date for campaign begins on the December 7 and ends on February 16, 2016.
Odonga otto was nominated by Odong Moses and seconded by Odeba Bismark the FDC spokeperson in Pader district.
While addressing his supporters,Odonga said he does not only represent the people of Aruu South county in Parliament,but the entire Acholi sub-region.
He said the Acholi need him in the area of Apaa, Nwoya, Amuru and Aswa ranch in regards to land grabbing.
Other candidates yet to be nominated by the end of the 2nd Dec and the 3rd Dec are Alfred Akena the NRM flag-bearerand Samson Ocaya of TDA.
