While delivering his Christmas sermon at All Saints Cathedral on Christmas day, Church of Uganda Archbishop Stanley Ntagali noted that many people who are running for political offices are going around claim to be the only candidates viable to hold leadership positions.
Ntagali however says that leadership only comes from God and therefore voters should be discerning of the people that they choose to lead them.
He also warned them to shy away from all acts of violence during the election campaigns that are going to kick off in high gear next year.
"Pray that God in his own work and wisdom will give us leaders of his choice and after his own heart. Seek God's will and do not let a lot of people make a lot of noise".
