Voter education for the three districts of Pallisa, Kibuku and Budaka has started today at Country Inn Hotel Pallisa, ahead of the forthcoming elections of 2016.

Fred Ejautene, the civic education program officer of Pallisa civil society organizations’ Network (PACONET), said he had to invite all the key players in the election exercise for training to enable them disseminate the right information.
